What a great experience it was working with Steve as he is extremely knowledgeable about this subject and has the patience of a saint. I would recommend this to anyone who fancies trying their hand at something different. "

All the chopping, cutting & carving techniques were clearly explained and demonstrated so that we were able to use the tools effectively and, most importantly, safely.
