"This was my second stained glass workshop with Paul. Like the first one, it was a great experience; I paid more attention to the technical info this time as I want to take this up as a hobby 😀. Paul is a really great teacher - informative and patient. He will demonstrate and then let you get on with things but if you shout "help" he will be straight by your side!! Give this course a gob- you won't regret it."

He is generous with his time, explaining each process thoroughly, before leaving us to create our own glass pieces, using whatever we wanted from his vast range of coloured glass, frit, beads and canes. "Paul was very welcoming and friendly. He made everyone feel at ease, he ensured we had all the necessary safety equipment and gave clear precise instructions for using the tools to cut glass. We had the opportunity to practice cutting glass before beginning our designs. Paul was encouraging and helpful giving good hints and suggestions for matching colours. He made lots of tea and coffee, lunch was informal and we had plenty of time to chat and ask questions. He ensured we were warm enough in his workshop. "Oh my god what a location for a class. Paul was so friendly explained everything so well the nerves just dropped away. Lunch was a brilliant touch even checked for my friend's allergy. The class size was only us two older ladies which made it more special for my friends 60th birthday treat. We had so much fun and learned so much, conversation flowed all day as well as teas and coffees. We are going to go back for another class or two. Thank you Paul"
