The course followed a logical progression, with clear demonstrations of all the techniques needed, and plenty of time for questions. All in all, a really enjoyable weekend! "Oh my god what a location for a class. Paul was so friendly explained everything so well the nerves just dropped away. Lunch was a brilliant touch even checked for my friend's allergy. The class size was only us two older ladies which made it more special for my friends 60th birthday treat. We had so much fun and learned so much, conversation flowed all day as well as teas and coffees. We are going to go back for another class or two. Thank you Paul"
