"I really enjoyed the afternoon, despite feeling terrible with a cold. We were made really welcome with drinks and lovely cakes and I learnt a lot of skills within the 3 hours - enough that I have successfully completed the piece I started and inspired my two boys (8 and 10) who are now well on their way to completing their first pieces. I'm now well into my second piece of work and have been purchasing lots of wool to make more textured work."

"I enjoyed the afternoon and I have managed to finish my weaving at home. I haven’t tried to take it off my loom yet though!! The atmosphere was friendly and I thought there was the right number of participants. Altogether, I would recommend the course to others."

"This was a really lovely course for beginners. Mary is delightful, answers every question and made everything easy to understand . All the necessary equipment was supplied , which we came away with . Tea and coffee were along with delicious home made cakes provided. This was a lovely way to spend an afternoon"
