Andy is a friendly and patient instructor, explaining all the steps you will be taking then letting you get on with it but always on hand with help and guidance when you need it. The process was broken down into stages with breaks in between, and assistance was provided to help people catch up and correct mistakes ensuring we all left with a fantastic piece.
