Charlotte is friendly and professional and as soon as I arrived I felt welcome and started from the very basics flowing to the practical aspects with continuity and logic. "Charlotte is a brilliant instructor and very generous in sharing her knowledge and experience of using Silver Clay. The day was really well organised and Charlotte had ensured her approach was appropriately socially distanced and following safe working arrangements, which was very reassuring and enabled me to feel relaxed and confident through the day. The day was well paced, really interesting and Charlotte supported me in making two pendants and two pairs of earrings, which I am delighted with. Being able to work through all stages of the process of making and come away with my jewellery was a real bonus. Brilliant way to spend the day. I would definitely recommend Charlotte's workshop to anyone."

"I recently attended this one day course and had a great time! Charlotte was really friendly and extremely helpful! I absolutely love the pieces I made and still can’t believe how high quality they look! Size of the class was perfect and gave us the opportunity to ask lots of questions! "Fabulous course. Small group, good selection of materials. Charlotte is supportive, knows her stuff and will alter and amend the session to accommodate our ideas. "I had an excellent day with Charlotte yesterday. The class consisted of me and just one other lady so we had her expertise to ourselves for the whole day. I had no idea what I wanted to make when I arrived but by the time I left I was very happy with what I had achieved. Charlotte explained every process in detail and the reasons why we did things the way we did. She was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and helped us achieve our goals. Charlotte was also very generous with her knowledge and I felt very at ease with her tuition. Sometimes on these types of workshops I feel that tutors are unwilling to share their knowledge so freely but Charlotte was very open and easy to talk about techniques and possibilities. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and came away with a pair of earrings and a lovely brooch/pendant. I would thoroughly recommend this workshop to anyone. Thanks Charlotte for a really fun introduction to working with silver clay :)"

The instructor Charlotte was so kind and patient taking you step by step through the process of transforming clay into silver- truly fascinating. They are unique pieces of art I am proud to wear and they feel all the more special because they were under Charlotte's careful guidance, made by me! I thoroughly enjoyed the informal friendly atmosphere of the workshop and the delicious chocolate biscuits which were supplied. Due to low teacher / student ratio she was able to tailor the level of teaching and I felt equally guided and inspired. Enjoyed developing my own ideas with Charlottes help. Very knowledgable - great that she had a background in silversmithing as well as the silver clay. Venue easy to find by car. Highly recommend!"
