"My daughter and I did the gothic/steampunk shadow box workshop today. Jan was fantastic, she was so accommodating to our requests and questions. My daughter wanted to do a different theme for her box and Jan was able to accommodate with this request, nothing was too much trouble and Jan made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was fantastic value for money and we have both come away with our own amazing unique piece of artwork. Just sorry for all the mess I made!! We had loads of fun x"

"A great introduction to using resin with moulds. Our party was made up of two adults and a 13 year old child. The course was run at a nice gentle pace and information on materials and procedures was really good. Jan made us feel very welcome providing refreshments and nibbles. A great course with plenty to take home at the end of the day. Would highly recommend."

"This course is ideal if you want to learn how to use resin as a medium. Jan is excellent at explaining what you need to do and also how to use the product safely. Jan has an amazing collection of moulds - I was like a kid in the sweet shop. No doubt be back to do some more. "A really good course, the bird house looks really good. Jan is a very good teacher, very friendly and helpful. I wanted something that would be useful and the Bird house suited, hopefully the birds will like it in the spring. I am not artistic, so I was surprised at the end result. Well worth doing as a starter for Powertex. "

"This was a wonderful experience of trying mediums that I'd not used before. The relaxing pace, in a homely environment and small group made the experience even more pleasurable. Jan was inviting and clearly natural at making us feel at ease whatever our level. Relaxed conversations all whilst guiding us through the stages of the splendid projects. She knew when to input guidance and when to allow our creativity to take over. It was delightful to have her facilitate my output of creativity delving deep into her craft stashes to present me with an array of choices that might fit the developing ideas generating in my head as I worked through the project. I'm so happy with my first time result and mainly due to Jan empowering that feeling that the journey of art should be fun! I look forward to doing further courses and recommend greatly the experience. "
