"I took my Nana to do a teacup flower arrangement craft workshop and it was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful with my Nana's accessibility needs, and everything was explained very well (my Nana was really nervous she wouldn't be able to do the crafts and she was so proud when she made a really beautiful arrangement). It meant so much to me to be able to do this so thank you so much for all your help and helping to make such a nice afternoon for us :)"
"Grate afternoon time flew by, grate choice of colours and it nice the you can go with the flow of the stiches and if you need help or if your stuck Debbie is on hand to help. lovely little café and flowing tea and coffee while your creating your embroidery "

"Nice location and staff pleasant. As I was coming on my own I expected that there would be other people in the group and that there would be a presentation on the stitches, patterns etc. I basically looked after myself doing the embroidery- I admit that I have done embroidery before but I had expected a better experience."
Debbie Bryan responded:
"Hello Dennise, thankyou for taking the time to review us and provide feedback.
Crafternoon packages although introductions would be given and support offered they are are not taught group workshops, as the booking is just for the amount of guests that book. We do run taught workshops and they involve more indepth introductions and support.
I understand that you were visited several times during your visit and you expressed you were ok. Although I fully appreciated that that its not what you were expecting and your feedback has been very helpful, we will look how we can make our listing clearer on our crafternoon description pages. many thanks Debbie "
