"I attended the course with my daughter. Clare made us feel very welcome and relaxed immediately. She was a very enthusiastic and helpful teacher who made the process very easy and straightforward to follow, as well as explaining the potential variations and ways of developing the technique. We were hands on with tools and equipment quickly and came away with some really lovely prints. We also came out Fired up to try out gelli printing at home - we’ve bought the recommended equipment and have set it up to have a go next weekend - my daughter is enthused to produce and sell her own prints locally as notecards and postcards. Thankyou Clare for a fab morning ( and a happy, creative teen)"

"This is my 4th workshop with Clare! I've enjoyed them so much. As always Clare sets up the workshop to progress through the lovely techniques seamlessly and ensuring that you have wonderful results to bring away. She supplied everything and added extra surprises this time as she knew I was repeating techniques. So I'm thrilled to have developed the transfer printing which worked so well and looked so unique. This is a perfect workshop to go to with a friend than go out for lunch! But equally, as it's a small number we all work around one table so if you were to go alone you would feel included. Thank you, Clare, I loved every minute."

"Loved the gelli plate printing workshop. Good fun and I learned lots. Clare was an excellent teacher, gave clear instructions and was generous with her knowledge. The small group meant we got lots of individual attention, support and advice throughout the session. My group was of mixed abilities ranging from complete beginners (me) to an art professional and we all enjoyed it equally. The materials supplied were of good quality. I left the session able to do the basic techniques on my own. I enjoyed it so much I immediately booked onto another workshop with Clare to learn more plate printing ideas and techniques. "What a great way to spend a Saturday morning, learning a new skill with a small friendly group. Clare is an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher, and soon got us up to speed with the various techniques of Gelli plate printing, with plenty of tips on how to make your own stencils, from bits around the home & garden. I was amazed how quickly the group started to produce different styled prints. It was great to be able to experiment with different paints and techniques, with Clare on hand to help. I would definitely recommend this course & would love to attend again."

"Wow! what a great morning I had. No clue what to do before I got there. Clare had so many options for us to use. She showed us so much to generate our own thoughts. Once I got myself together with my thoughts, Clare helped me put my own slant on things. My piece was a Parisian type of theme with some text, now I can go home and have the inspiration to do something again. Clare is so friendly, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and wanted us to go home knowing that we could try something again at home on our own.
