"We loved our morning at Carolyn's pottery studio! She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had a 2:1 session which was perfect. We produced 4 different pieces + got to choose their glazes. We have come away knowing so much more + already want to book in another session! A truly lovely way to spend a Saturday morning, oh and wonderful tea & cake too! Annabel & Flora :) "

"My friend and I had a fantastic experience pottery throwing with Carolyn! She's such a friendly and supportive teacher. For complete beginners, we felt that we learnt a lot during the session and between the two of us made four beginner pots, two small plates, a bowl and a mug. Carolyn's studio had a really welcome atmosphere and having her be our tutor was the best. Very excited to receive the finished articles and would highly recommend the experience!"

"This was the most amazing experience for me and my friend for her birthday! It was so much fun and we even managed to make great looking pieces (2 cups, a saucer, a bowl and a mug each!) without any experience whatsoever! We both had a wheel to throw on, facing each other which made it even more fun! Carolyn was so fun, kind and so attentive to me and my friend. Her teaching skills were of course fabulous and I would 100% recommend this course with Carolyn to anyone who would like to throw at the wheel! We live quite far, but Carolyn was kind enough to offer to post our pieces to us and we picked the glazes we wanted to finish off with. Amazing day!!! Thank you Carolyn "
