"Thanks to Bethany for a fantastic full day workshop. Her tuition was very clear and concise so I could easily follow instructions and she gave us lots of freedom to choose designs within the scope of the piece of glass we were creating. Bethany was very patient when I didn't quite get the instruction right, and allowed me to correct myself rather than just take over. I really enjoyed the whole day - lunch was delicious, the group size worked well and it was fantastic to have a go at such an incredible art. Thank you! "

"Exciting day in a glass blowing studio with fire and molten glass. I was a complete beginner and I had never seen live glass blowing before. Bethany and Kate demonstrated the processes step by step then guided and supported us in making our own items. I learned such a lot about the intricacies of making glass as well as having a go at making a paperweight, a bowl and a vase. Excellent day. Would recommend it. "

"Doing this class was genuinely one of the best decisions I've ever made! The studio was all flat and easily accessible when using a wheelchair, and Katy and Ryan were so accommodating and supportive. I worked in a group of amazing people also joining the class for the day and they were all so kind, friendly and fun to be around. The atmosphere in the studio was so welcoming and fun so every moment just felt like a positive learning experience. "By a wide margin this is the best value for money you will ever get out of a craft taster session. I've got two gorgeous pieces of glass work. The tutors are first rate letting the students go fully hands on with molten glass whilst keeping a guiding hand ready to stop mistakes. Well worth the price and I'm keen to do it again "

"Where to start… it was incredible Beth was very welcoming and gave great insite into techniques used on some pieces I had the pleasure of seeing in the gallery which is also very much worth a visit there are things in there that don’t seem possible in glass Katie had the patience of a saint and showed us all how things were done with great directions and was always right there to get you back on track if you had any doubts.The atmosphere was always laid back and relaxed which is what an artists studio is all about. We all had lunch down by the canal which was also very nice much better than the old sandwich I had in the car on the way over. In short go on the course the atmosphere in the workshop is contagious it’s fun and very rewarding and I’d love to go back even for a visit to the gallery and see everyone again. Glass being worked is a beautiful art form and I highly recommend the course to anyone that has an interest in learning something new, have no doubt you will feel very welcome. "
