Maker's bio

Scott has been upcycling furniture for many years, but it was only after family and friends asked how they could make the inventive pieces in his home that Scott first started sharing his skills. Over 7 years later Scott continues to host a number of Black Paw upcycling experiences in his workshop, helping people to create their own pieces of upcycled furniture and learn the skills needed to upcycle at home.

He is obviously very skilled and experienced in the area and has a great knowledge which he is able to pass on to others with both patience and humour. "Fantastic course, the only one I found that is a day in duration, cover all the processes for a beginners and allows me to take my young daughter with me. Really great atmosphere, friendly, right dose of information, patients and enabling. You are encouraged to experiment. Very hands on, i asked plenty of questions.. high recommend it, will be bringing my old daughter with me next time Cakes 🎂 were delicious.. there is are really discipline dog that came every now and then and my 10 years old loved it. Coop just round the corner, easy to find. "
