Did not realise the cheese was for after the honey, so was smashing the cheese in my cake hole as fast as I could during the honey tasting. My bad. The secret in envelope one was superb. "This was a birthday present to me from our daughter and we found it a very pleasant and unusual experience. As it turned out, we knew very little about honey or bees and we learned a lot. The kit was very well presented and was a pleasure to use. We had no idea that there are so many different flavours and tastes and we enjoyed sampling some of them. The cheese was a contrast and a completely different tasting experience which just seemed to round off the evening nicely.
