Specially designed for beginners, but engaging for those with some basketmaking experience, this workshop will guide you step-by-step through the art of basket weaving. What You’ll Learn: Day One: You’ll start by crafting the base and structure, then begin the side weave, building a solid foundation for your backpack. Day Two: Complete the weaving, create a beautiful border, and add finishing touches with a sturdy handle and comfortable straps. Perfect for anyone who enjoys working with their hands, this project requires some hand strength and focus – ideal for those who love a satisfying, hands-on challenge. All materials and tools are provided. By the end, you’ll walk away with a handmade, one-of-a-kind willow backpack and newfound weaving skills!
