Claire has a BA (Hon’s) in painting and is an artist, designer and illustrator based in Cheshire. Working mainly in the medium of watercolours and often focusing on flowers as her subject, colour is at the heart of Claire’s work and she has extensive experience in fine art, art education and textile design. Enjoy a relaxing morning of painting in the vibrant village of Tarporley with it’s boutique shops at The Little Brick House between 10 am – 12:30 pm. Spend a morning painting inspired by seasonal flowers and foliage sourced and arranged by The Little Brick House. The approach to painting is one of a loose creative painterly style of watercolour, using a wet in wet technique. No experience is necessary as Claire will guide you through the process through demonstrations and individual tuition. If you have some experience Claire will help you to nurture and develop further your own style, enhancing your observation and expression
