Description

Designed specifically for anyone visiting the beautiful market town of Wirksworth, or the surrounding high peaks area of Derbyshire, who want the experience of a creative workshop and to make memories of your holiday as well as have your own fused glass artwork to treasure forever. Using precut coloured glass pieces, design, construct and play with a myriad of colours to make your tile in this short taster workshop. If you want to make more, have a more detailed workshop or a different theme, get in touch. Can be booked last minute, (please call if less than 48 hours notice) at a time to suit you. Subject to my availability.

What's included in the price?

All materials, tools and equipment to make your own fused glass Coaster or Decorative Tile in a vast variety of colours. You can even add some sparkles! Each piece will need to be fired, this takes at least 24 hours, cleaned and finished and then will be posted to you (as arranged) approx 3 weeks later.

Running a thriving creative practise, a contemporary glass artist, based in Derbyshire and exhibiting all over the country. Specialising in teaching fused glass workshops for all tastes and abilities. My programme of publicly bookable workshops all take part in Studio & Gallery in Wirksworth but private sessions can be in a venue of your choice.
