Fused Glass Flower Gardens - for 2 people (Thurs 8th May)
Description
Bring a friend to come and join me, and other like-minded people, in my studio to enjoy some creative time together. Whether you create an abstract design inspired by wild flower gardens, fields of Poppies, a carpet of bluebells or heather you’ll enjoy playing with glass shapes and textures for your unique creation. Choose from 3 options of pre-cut glass bases and create either a bowl, sculptural wave or hanging panel. Make one each for the cost of the workshop: - Round bowl – approx. 16cm. - Wave – approx. 35cm across x 7.5cm tall. - Round hanging – approx. 17cm. Then decorate your base by snapping glass rods, apply crushed glass frit for textured grass and frit balls for your colourful flower blooms. Please don’t hesitate to contact me to discuss any queries you may have, big or small.
What's included in the price?
All tools and materials for two people to design and make a piece each, as described, firing and finishing ready for collection approximately 2-3 weeks after the workshop. Postage can be arranged at cost. The workshop is open to other participants and my studio is also a shop/gallery space. As a little extra thank you for booking a workshop, I give you a 10% discount on any purchases on the day too.
