Description
Steampunk is a popular theme among crafters, so we have curated this special collection featuring Steampunk designs in a colour blend of blues, grey and browns with hint of gold. The collection celebrates the industrial revolution and travel of the Victorian era and the gilded age is represented by touches of metallic and gold. Carefully sourced coordinating blender fabrics of a similar quilting weight, create a selection suitable for collage, journaling, mini quilting and much more. Each collection contains over 15 pieces of high quality fabric. Sizes are quite generous, allowing them to be used for small projects such as pouches and needle cases. One or two of the pieces are plain to allow you to add your own embellishment, painting, stamping or journal notes. Included in each kit will also be a small piece of linen, even weave or Aida, so you can even add your own cameo cross stitch. All of the trims and ribbons are new, sourced especially for the kit and these can include silk ribbon, lace and themed embellishments. We include a range complimentary DMC or Madeira embroidery threads and we will even include a needle pack with a threader and John James high quality needles. Packs of buttons, coordinating beads and sequins complete the kit and where possible, these are made from natural, sustainable materials. The selection is carefully packed and presented in an A5 box for ease of gifting. Fabrics included in this kit may vary but will stay on theme. All fabrics are new and are not seconds or scraps. Each set lovingly wrapped in tissue and presented in a sturdy box to make great Birthday, Mothers' Day or Christmas gifts. This wonderful collection is just perfect for slow stitch, or Sewing for the Soul projects and will be a welcome gift for those who enjoy sewing, collage and mixed media. *** Uses for these collections are many and for this reason no instructions are included as this pack is designed for your own creativity***
