Hello, I'm Sharon, an experienced Sculpture & clay artist. I regularly host fun and informal adult pottery sessions from my studio in the beautiful village of Heskin, Lancashire. The Class runs Tuesday to Saturday every week and can be attended by up to 4 people, and is suitable for beginners. Class Times: 10am or 1.30 The class is a great introduction to the fabulous world of clay hand building using either single or multi slabs of clay. You can make a clay planter, lidded pot or a vase, You will be shown how to prepare, join & assemble the clay before adding texture & details, giving you step by step instructions during the build. The class includes bisque firing ready painting with acrylics at home OR you may wish to return to the studio to glaze your creation. This is an optional extra, £15pp. The Crafty Potter studio is based within Heskin Shopping Village, a unique retail and leisure destination featuring over 40 unique shops and businesses. With free parking we’re a perfect destination for you to make a great fun day out. The class makes a fabulous gift for all occasions
