This half-day group workshop with our guest artist, Sarah Heather, is suitable for all skill levels. Join Sarah for a fun and relaxed semi-abstract angel session. Come and paint a semi abstract painting of an angel on a small canvas, just in time for Christmas. Perfect as a gift or for yourself. Perfect for beginners and more experienced artists alike, I will lead you through making an exciting chaos underlayer in acrylic paint and then firming up your unique one of a kind angel. All angels will be different and we can personalise as required to make your angel extra special to you - glitter - collage - golden halos - all angels welcome here. You will make two 20x20cm angels on canvas included in the price. This HALF DAY ANGEL PAINTING WORKSHOP will be held in the peaceful setting of our Blended Monkey Studios & gardens on the Cambridgeshire/Norfolk border. Numbers are limited to ensure you get plenty of 1-2-1 tuition. This painting art experience is suitable for 16+. About a week before your workshop date, we'll e-mail you again with more details about parking, etc. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day - tailored to meet all dietary requirements. All students will be provided with a certificate of completion. Blended Monkey is a husband and wife team. Our studios are based in a small village on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border. Our setting provides ample inspiration for our work, and is perfect for our woodturning & pottery courses. Louise (ceramicist) - I studied at the Falmouth School of Art & Design and I am interested in various art forms, design and applied arts. Simon (woodturner) - I love working with wood & exploring its versatility. I'm a member of the AWGB and APTGW.
