"A wonderful day spent trying a new craft with the helpful and extremely patient and knowledgeable Gen. It was a full day from 9.30am until 5.30pm with a delicious lunch provided. The course was worth every penny and is a brilliant way to treat yourself or others. . Gen was so attentive to all four of us who all had a range of experience and worked at different paces - she was amazing. I came away with a lovely stained glass panel which I’m very proud of. "A really interesting and exciting day learning how to make a small stained glass (leaded) window. As a complete novice, I was a bit concerned - but I was taken through the process step by step by Gen. For each stage, Gen explained the process really well and in a way that was easy to follow. With four students we got lots of one to one support when needed. It was so lovely to see my design evolve as the day went on. I felt very proud of my finished piece. Overall it was a really excellent day with a patient and knowledgeable tutor. I'd really recommend this course to anyone who wants to 'try' stained glass. Thanks Gen!"

"Genevieve was enthusiastic & clear in her instructions showing us all the types of glass we were to use and the effects they would create. A really interesting tutor to talk to . She was passionate about her craft and also Halifax in general. It would have been good to see a few more examples before we started. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to picking up our finished items after they have been fired."
