"Excellent course. Victoria is an excellent and patient teacher and we all came away with something that looked like a reindeer. This was a fun day out and definitely was value for money. Would recommend the willow course to anyone, you do not have to particularly gifted at crafting just be prepared to work hard at your creation."

"We set off on a very snowy day wondering if we got there would we ever get home! The house was easy to find and although cold at first it soon warmed up . Never having done anything like this before I was apprehensive about the day ahead. I should not have worried, everyone was so friendly and throughout the day was had such a laugh. Every step was well explained and examples shown were easy to follow. We all found different sections more challenging than others but help was always at hand. Plenty of hot drinks and Christmas stolen kept us going . I was pleasantly surprised at the large size of our reindeer. All the finished reindeer were different but all were recognisable as a Christmas reindeer. Mine now has pride of place outside my front door at home. An excellent day out with an excellent model that I will keep for many years . Looking forward to my next course."

"Had a great day at the reindeer making workshop. Victoria was very helpful and patient, teaching us total beginners. I bought this as a Christmas present for myself, my mum and sisters. We had a fun day out and all came home with a reindeer to be proud of. Well worth the money, would highly recommend this course."

"A great day out with my best friend who had invited me along to make use of a voucher she had from last Christmas. Despite my impatience and perfectionism at times undoubtedly making me a frustrating student, Victoria was patient and encouraging. She was quite right too when she said that when I got my reindeer home I'd realise what a good job I'd done! I agree now. I really enjoyed the course and the end product. I have been spreading the word too about the Willow Barn!"

I really was not expecting to come away with something that looked so good as I'm not artistic or creative so I was absolutely delighted my creation actually looked like a reindeer5. "Great to be back at Willow Barn with Victoria and accompanied by daughter and daughter in law to be. Excellent constructive help and encouragement from Victoria and we all succeeded in producing very different reindeers . They were much larger than anticipated and packing three plus ourselves into the car continued the enjoyment of the day. Partners were suitably impressed, the deer will join piglets from earlier in the year! Many thanks Victoria we may well return again with your new ideas for classes."

"What a superb day! I have seen beautiful willow sculptures around for a long time wanted to learn how to do this. Victoria has enabled me to create a “characterful” creature for my garden and given me the confidence to attempt more on my own. Victoria had other sculptures around the garden and which show that she has a real aeristic eye for shape and form. She used this to help us all produce a very recognisable reindeers to be proud of! Ended up asking to make a pheasant as I get a lot in my garden and Victoria produced a picture to copy very quickly.
