"This was a brilliant day fun-filled with lots of instruction along the way so that I learnt tempering, making truffles, filling chocolates, making edible decorations and roses, piping techniques and making several eggs from scratch. There were plenty of tasting opportunities!
Yolanda and John kept the tea and coffee flowing and lunch was first class and plenty of it, catering for vegetarian and gluten free dietary needs.
Highly recommend this company, teachers are responsible, well informed, helpful and professional."
