"What a brilliant course! Sara was very friendly, kind and casual and gave us clear and concise instruction, guided us through every step and helped us create some really beautiful pieces of jewellery. Sara was also incredibly helpful with other information about silver working and I feel confident about trying it by myself. The course is set in a lovely area, was very easy to get to and it was wonderful to see so much wildlife too, as well as Misty the gorgeous dog, we felt very welcome and at ease which doesn't happen often. The equipment is great to use, and with guidance it is fun to try a few different methods. Il be happy to rebook and will be recommending to all my friends."

"I signed up for a 1-1 day workshop and had the most amazing day! Sara was warm, personable and very thorough in explaining processes and techniques during the day. The studio is situated in a stunning environment and fully fitted with all necessary tools and equipment. As I had hoped to make a pendant and a ring, I was delighted that there was time to make the pendant in the morning and after a light lunch, had time to make a spinning/meditation ring during the afternoon. Sara works with you on your design ideas and has an extensive range of raw materials to work with. Her studio was immaculate and a very clean, professional working space. The session was totally hands on so you really feel that you have made your pieces at the end of the day, from design, cutting out, filing, soldering and polishing. The atmosphere was very relaxed and would totally recommend either a half-day or full-day session. I am already thinking about what I can make on my next visit! The jewellery world is your oyster - you can enjoy making earrings, bracelets, pendants, rings, etc. Totally recommend this workshop as, unlike larger classes, you gain personal attention where Sara will work with you on whatever you choose to make and you can work at your own pace with guidance as and when required. I had such a chilled day and already looking forward to another workshop. Also, if you love pooches you will be in double heaven; if not, don't worry, Misty can have a day off from helping in the studio."

"I had a fabulous afternoon with Sara in her workshop in beautiful Kent. It was amazing to have one-to-one tuition from someone who is so talented and knowledgeable, not to mention a really lovely person. She was brilliant at explaining every step and answering my endless questions! I was able to make a silver cuff and a ring, both of which I absolutely love. I have come away with a long shopping list of items that I'm hoping to invest in, to be able to start making silver jewellery items for my small business. "Took my own, rather challenging design, which I had discussed with Sara in advance. The day started with a warm and friendly introductions (including Misty) and coffee. Instruction commenced soon after in a neat workshop in Sara's beautiful garden. Covid protocols were followed. Instructions were clear and concise, followed by a short demonstration prior to getting hands on. Sara has a very positive "not a problem" "we can sort that out" approach. This gives confidence during the hands on sessions and importantly I would emphasise the "we can" comment. Any problems were carefully considered and a solution found, allowing me to rectify where possible. Sara also helped where it required a more experienced solution, but in no way took over. The item was designed and made by myself with a Sara's guidance. The project was completed in the half day session, and as a first attempt the results were excellent. Yes it looks hand made, but in a good sense, that is exactly what it is! I would have no hesitation in recommending Sara's workshops, and in fact, I am already thinking about another design to allow me to gain more experience in areas that were not covered. "I booked this workshop as a surprise for my friend's special birthday. Neither of us have artistic leanings at all and my friend is not really into crafting so I really pushed her out of her comfort zone. Sara assured me that we would be able to go home with something that we had designed and made ourselves and would be proud to wear. How true that was. Sara's instruction, demonstration and patience was brilliant. I managed to make a pair of stud earrings that I have been wearing since our workshop in October and my friend has a lovely necklace. We both have pieces that we are proud to wear and that have such special memories attached them. It was such a lovely morning spent with Sara and I would love to do it again and would certainly recommend it to anyone, no matter how inexperienced."

"Oh, highly recommend !!! I am a total novice and at the end of the workshop, I left with 2 pieces of jewelry!! I was amazed! Sara is fantastic. Direct, precise, to the point! Explaining everything and using time very well so u learn the maximum! She is very patient and the place is in beautiful surroundings and there is a lovely dog as well!? I m very grateful I met her and done the course. I have now decided to buy all tools I need and jump into my new flow. Sara also helped me a lot going through the tools and advising so many things and simply sharing her knowledge. You will love it! Thank you again Sara very much!"

"I recently attended a 1/2 day workshop with a group of friends. We each came away with a stunning unique piece of jewellery, learnt lots of new skills and had a fabulous time. Sara was a very informative, clear and encouraging teacher and the workshop was very well equipped. Only one of the group had previously done any jewellery making but we all really enjoyed ourselves and achieved so much. I would thoroughly recommend!"

"I have just spent two wonderful afternoons with Sara, coming away with a spinner ring, a pendant and a pair of earrings. I have been taught an array of techniques, all of which I hope to be able to use when I attend another one of Sara's workshops. I had the opportunity to use a wide variety of tools and equipment, all under expert guidance. More than anything else I would say that I had fun and came away feeling that I had accomplished alot in a very short space of time. My dogs had a wonderful time too!"

"This workshop was a surprise birthday gift for me and what an amazing idea for a present! Despite absolutely no experience or particular aptitude I was delighted / amazed with my achievement of creating a beautiful bangle/ cuff. The whole environment is just lovely. Sara expertly guided the session and made it very relaxing. I actually found the whole process to be extremely therapeutic. I will definitely do it again and will absolutely be treating some of my (lucky!) friends to workshops for their birthdays. Highly recommended!!!"

"A wonderful way to spend a creative afternoon, in tranquil surroundings. Sara’s workshops were lovely, very professional with excellent range of tool and equipment. My daughter made an amazing neck cuff and I, with a great deal of help, thank you Sara, made a pendant. Sara was endlessly patient and helpful and very generous with both her time and sharing her knowledge, and answering any questions, plus she had the sweetest maddest dog that did a wonderful seal impression! We have both come home with unique pieces of jewellery and would love to go back again. We thoroughly recommend this course."

The space was calm and professional and I felt very encouraged to create a piece of jewellery that was unique to me. I would love to come back with friends or in a group as I can imagine the atmosphere would be just as fun and expressive as it was by myself. I couldn't recommend Sara or her course enough!"
