"My friend Jo and I had a wonderful day learning with Jonathan. The class was really well structured with lots of helpful techniques taught using copper wire and flat pieces shaped and decorated. We also learned to solder and made a set of 3 lovely nesting rings which made a great necklace. There were lots of ideas and possibilities for the silver piece in the afternoon and I am delighted with the long bar earrings I made for my daughter. I learned so much and had a lovely time. "We had a fantastic day at John's studio. We attended for my hen do and John was very welcoming and patient with us. We learnt a lot of really good skills on the day including working with copper to hone our skills and then making some beautiful silver jewellery. It was lovely to take away some jewellery to remember the hen do that we all shared together. Would 100% recommend a course with John, you will have a fantastic day and enjoy making your own beautiful jewellery."

"Having never worked with any kind of precious materials before and going in with a very specific idea in mind i was slightly apprensive about how the days course might go. However after a few questions from Jonathan to guage my abilities, experince and what i was looking to get out of the days course. Jonathan seemed very confident it could all be achieved. We worked together to achieve the style of ring i wanted to make and what i got from the days course by the end was not only a working knowledge of how to make a silver ring but also the confidence to begin doing so at home on my own. Jonathan was generous with his time even going over the alotted time by about an hour. He was also patient and great at imparting his knowledge and experience. I would absolutley reccomend this course to anyone looking to start making and dealing with silver."

"If crafting is your thing, with or without any skill, then you will love learning to make jewellery with Jonathan. I attended this course with my big sister and best friend. My sister was enthusiastic but nervous when she saw the list of tools we’d be using and skills we would be taught. She needn’t have been. Jonathan is a calm and patient teacher and didn’t just make it look easy. He broke down each step so it was actually very easy to follow. We all made very different bangles but we were all absolutely delighted with our creations. There is something joyous about making something so when you can wear your creation too, there is nothing not to like."
