"I attended the beginners workshop recently and was delighted with my two pieces of felt that I came away with. Lesley is very experienced and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our varied questions. The morning was extremely friendly and relaxed and I would definately recommend it to anyone wishing to try this amazing craft. I have been inspired to try different techniques so will be booking myself onto more workshops."

"Just had such a great morning with my friend at Lesley's felt making workshop. Nether of us knew much about it but had been inspired by what we saw at the Fibre East show. Lesley is very experienced and talented but was very gentle with us beginners! We made two pieces with which we were pleased. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we enjoyed tea and homemade cake. I think we will soon be back for the next steps!"

"I came with my friend for a special children's feltmaking workshop. We had lots of fun and made a felt picture. There were so many different colours we could use and other things like sari silk and bits of bobbly wool to add texture. It took me ages to decide what to do."
