"My daughters and I had a wonderful time on this course . It was fun and informative. We had no prior experience of soap making, and proudly came away with beautiful and unique soap creations . Our crafting experience was topped off with a fantastic home made cream tea . I would definitely recommend this course and will be booking more courses with this tutor . "

"Amazing, amazing, amazing, I very much enjoyed the soap workshop. Sharon was very generous with her knowledge, sharing tips and tricks. We make a huge amount of soap and was spoilt for choice with the amount of fragrances, colours and botanicals on offer. I am hooked and have now booked the skincare workshop for later in the year."

"Great day learning the principals behind soap making then having a go at making our own. Made 2 large blocks that will give me 12 or more bars of good quality soap made with natural ingredients. Nice to learn alongside others, and have a lovely lunch after. Thank you Sharon and Laura!"

"This course was amazing, an amazing value for money. I literally have so much soap, I will be able to gift it to family when it is cured. I booked a private workshop with four friends after attending another workshop with Sharon. I literally learnt so much on this course and feel really confident in making more soap at home. Sharon had so many products and fragrances on offer, I was spoilt for choice. We enjoyed afternoon tea with home made cake and scones, sandwiches and fresh coffee was on offer. As a group we have now booked Sharon’s new skin care workshop, we literally cannot wait. Thank you again. "

"We attended the Block Printing workshop on 3rd March as total newbies & really enjoyed it. Sharon is a great facilitator; friendly, patient & knowledgeable about the subject. All materials were provided, inks, aprons & a good selection of stamps to experiment with. We were really happy with our finished tote bag & tea towel. "

"I had a lovely day with Sharon and Laura. They were both very attentive and Laura was very patient when teaching me different embroidery techniques as I have not seen since school. There were lots of materials and pictures for inspiration. Nothing was too much trouble. It was such a friendly atmosphere that I stayed for the afternoon course on wooden houses. The delicious home baked cake and copious cups of tea were very well received. Thank you for a relaxing day. "

Annette reviewed: Introduction to soap making workshop with afternoon tea - Lincolnshire.

"I attended Sharon's soap making workshop on the 20th January this year and everything about the workshop was enjoyable, informative and relaxed. Sharon's demonstration of soap making was easy to follow. The safety aspect of making soap was also well covered. We were provided with gloves, aprons and goggles to protect ourselves from any splashes. Besides the various oils for the actual soap making, there was a very generous choice of colourants, materials were provided that could be used as exfoliants and there was a wonderful supply of carefully chosen essential oils and fragrance oils suitable for soap making. The afternoon tea/lunch was impressive with sandwiches, freshly made scones with jam and cream and a freshly made carrot cake as well. Millionaires short bread, and tea or coffee finished off the meal nicely. I found the whole process enjoyable and would attend Sharon's workshops again. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated in both the soap making workshop and the delicious afternoon tea."

Beehive Wellbeing responded:

"Annette That is the most fabulous review to receive, thank you so much. I am absolutely blown away and you have provided such detail. We work really hard to make sure all our workshops are a fabulous experience and receiving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is amazing. Hopefully we will see you in another workshop or class soon. Sharon"

Mrs Elaine Fox reviewed: Mindful Embroidery for Beginners Lincolnshire

"Terrible service. Emails not answered. No contact phone number. Tried to cancel due to illness but was told no cancellations after 4 weeks... I only booked 3 weeks before! I was allowed to carry my money to another course but this was wrong because the course i had originally booked onto was cancelled anyway! I tried contacting to get my money back but as usual no reply! This is no way to run an organisation. Disgusted, disgruntled never to be again customer. Bet I lose my £36.00"

Beehive Wellbeing responded:

"Good Evening Elaine, We are very sorry you are disappointed with the service you think we offer. We try very hard to provide a really personal touch, good quality teaching and experiences on all our workshops. You will see on Craft Courses we have a gold rating and are very close to receiving a platinum level for our courses and the amount of 5 star reviews we receive. We have many happy and returning customers that attend and book further workshops. We do have a cancellation policy like many other businesses that does not allow you to cancel close to the workshop date. If we did not have this in place we would have people cancel on the day and lose money. As a small business this is not viable and would impact our ability to run further workshops."

Cate reviewed: Introduction to Soap Making Workshop with Afternoon Tea, East Yorkshire.

"Highly recommend this course, interesting and informative with a small enough group that everyone could have hands on help if needed. I’ve held off reviewing because I brought ingredients away to try another batch of soap at home and wanted to see if I’d learnt enough to do it. I’m really happy with batch two too! Thanks Sharon, it was well worth the long (covid) wait!"

Beehive Wellbeing responded:

"?Thank you Cate for a wonderful review, I’m so pleased you enjoyed your workshop and the long covid wait was worth it. You have clearly mastered soap making doing another batch at home, I’m sure you will now have a nice supply. I try really hard to make all our workshops a fabulous learning experience in small groups as well as an enjoyable day out. It’s important to me that my workshops have that personal touch. I’m sure we will see you at another workshop soon. Kind regards Sharon ?"

Dawn Hobbs reviewed: Wax Melt Workshop Online

"As a beginner it would have been useful to know where and what products to buy"

Beehive Wellbeing responded:

"Thank you for our 4 stars Dawn, I am glad you enjoyed the workshop. I am unsure if you lost internet connection when we discussed the products we were using and where to buy them. We discussed the weight and percentage of both the wax and the fragrance oil you were using, including the minimum and maximum load of fragrance. We discussed the benefits of different waxes and had demonstrations of the different waxes available and how they react differently. We discussed where you can buy them, including reading the reviews. We also chatted about moulds where I had bought mine including the site and the types of designs available as well as the downside of less solid designs. If you do have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to come back to us. We have a gold rating for our workshops with craft courses and always aim to provide a good service."
