"I went with my sister and mum, and we had the most wonderful day. Claire is a superb teacher, patient kind and gently encourages you to do that little bit more. Our results were great! We went home with a bundle of cards, our artwork, the knowledge and skills to create at will, with all the instructions, equipment list (not much) and suppliers info we needed. The environment was simply the most beautiful, creative space. Claire’s talent is awe inspiring. And, what a lovely person! thank you so much Claire xxx (we will be returning! ?)"

"I was apprehensive before the course as I didn’t know how much artistic talent was required. Turns out... none at all! The guidance from Claire was very good, and the 8 of us in the class all produced very different but equally beautiful cards and prints. The time flew by in beautiful surroundings - the day was relaxed but structured, and I really really wish Claire ran evening courses so we could continue to practice what we’ve learned with her expert support on hand."

"I don’t have an artistic bone in my body so I can only credit Claire for her skill in the production of my lino prints. I proudly showed them off when I got home with nothing less than gasps of amazement from my husband and children. As a bit of a bonus I found myself ‘lost in the moment‘ several times during the course of the day so I am also putting a big tick in the ‘mindfulness’ box. Who would have thought!!! Thank you Claire- a very enjoyable day. I doubt I will ever need to buy a greetings card again!!! Great for sustainability too!!!"

"What a truly brilliant day I had! Having felt like I'd lost my printing passion for good somewhere in the depths of myself before getting there, walking into Claire's studio I immediately felt relaxed and inspired by not only all her beautiful work but the atmosphere created in such a lovely space. Claire is a brilliant tutor encouraging and patient going through each step explaining of the process and what we needed to do, giving individuals one to one time and helping us to create the best print we could. There was plenty of room, inking stations and book presses to use ourselves which made it feel like you were on your own little print journey creating colours and printing cards to your hearts content. I got home and immediately found all my old print supplies out and set about carving once more. Thank you Claire through your course and wonderful teaching you have given me the confidence to create again and to start printmaking at home. I would certainly recommend Claire's course to anyone even if you have never done anything like this before. I will no doubt be back in 2020 for another course."

"Lovely afternoon in Oxfordshire making custom lino prints. I went into the workshop without much idea beyond that we would be doing lino, and was pleasantly surprised by how well set up, run and friendly Claire and the workshop space was. I made a lino of the Cornish coast and printed it on about 13 cards in different colors, having absolute flexibility on the design, just able to let the creativity flow. Would highly recommend, no experience necessary."

The moment you walk into her studio, you are surrounded by Claire's amazing work and warm energy. "Claire's lino cutting course was brilliant: educational, fun, creative, and supportive. The session was very well planned and organised. All the materials were laid out in the studio, with a full set of cutting implements for each of us, a range of printing presses and inks, and a generous supply of materials to print on. Claire also had files of materials to inspire us, which was really helpful, not to mention a lovely garden to stroll in. It was amazing how much Claire fitted into the time: we went from total basics through to printing our own beautiful artworks in just a few hours, and yet nothing felt at all rushed. Claire created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the room, and made time to answer our questions and give us individual support and attention. By the end of the session, all of us had printed a stack of cards to take home, and we were all extremely pleased with what we'd produced. We also left with all the skills, confidence and information we'd need to continue linocutting at home. This is one of the best craft courses I've taken, and excellent value for money too. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"
