"If you live in Bearwood then top of the list of things to do is to do a mosaic course with Caroline; if you don't it is definitely worth a journey. A chance to learn a fascinating craft with an excellent teacher plus an opportunity to get to know and enjoy the company of a small group of people. Of course I spent too much time laughing and talking so didn't finish, but Caroline just found time for me to come and finish off."

"A small group and I managed to almost complete my project. Caroline said it would be OK to go back to get the piece grouted as it will only take half an hour. Plenty of tea and coffee on hand. Lots of colours to choose from and lots of help from Caroline. Surprised how tired I felt by the end of the day. Would recommend if you are feeling creative."

"I was given a voucher for my birthday for this workshop. I felt very excited and very nervous at the same time. I really wanted to go but had worries, would I be able to follow what I needed to do ? What would the atmosphere on the course be like? I shouldn't have worried, Caroline is very friendly, makes you feel at ease and explains things exceptionally well. She made the day a joy and her enthusiasm for the craft is brilliant. She makes you feel very special with your own creations. I would recommend this course to anyone who has any craft interest. Got to save up to go again and this time take my daughters!"

The group size allows for plenty of support and she is very knowledgeable about the techniques. I have been able to continue and finish work at home with her valuable tips and instructions. "Did a one day course in late November with Caroline. It was excellent. Caroline was friendly, welcoming, relaxed and patient. She showed us a the techniques we needed to get started and had an amazing selection of materials to utilise. She was constantly on hand to support and advise and being surrounded by her own pieces was inspirational. The day was exceptional value for money and a real treat for someone like me who loves dabbling in all things creative but can find it hard to schedule it into my busy life. "I recently enjoyed a day's mosaic workshop with Caroline. She was a very warm and welcoming host who was very happy to share her knowledge and experience working with mosaics. She did some clear demonstrations of how to use the tools, showing myself and the other 3 participants different ways of cutting, outlining different adhesives and demonstrating how to mix and apply grout. Having done some mosaic work already myself, I had some very specific questions about a particular project I was wanting to do, she was very accommodating about tailoring her teaching to the needs of the group members depending on their level of experience and what we wanted to achieve. It was a hugely enjoyable day, comes highly recommended!"

"When you decide to let your inner child out to play I suggest you take yourself right up to Caroline's mosaic workshop. Had a fun day learning to mosaic, everything from the introduction to the tools you can use, Tile cutting techniques and then on to assembling your mosaic and grouting. 5 of us sat around this big table with our protective gear on in this cosy room eating yummy cakes as Caroline took us through mosaic-ing. We laughed, we shared stories, destroyed (tiles) and created our own mosaics. A day we'll spent. Some of the instructions were jumbled or lost in our laughter but Caroline is a hands on teacher and was always at hand to save the day. I would definitely recommend indulging your creative child. Thank you Caroline for the experience."

"It was what I needed-a creative workshop to get teeth stuck into. Caroline was wonderful, a great teacher and the group size was just right. "I have been an admirer of Caroline's work for a couple of years and have always wanted to attend one of her workshops. When the opportunity final came I was both inspired and more than satisfied with what I learnt. As a mosaic artist myself it was lovely that Caroline was willing to share her tips of the trade and experiences. I learnt so much in what seemed only a short time there. Caroline is very well informed, helpful, patient and a lot of fun! I will no doubt I be attending again just to have some more of that homemade soup - oh and to do a bit of mosaicing ;o)"
