"Allison is generous with her vast knowledge, (which somehow she distilled into informative bite size chunks),....her time and her friendship. She goes above and beyond to make the day special for you, even staying in touch to help you get even more from the day. The products she helps you to make are really lovely, feeling all the more special for having made them. If Allison sold a starter kit, I would have definitely bought it from her, although she provides all her trusted suppliers......you everything you need to know to get started. Thank you for a wonderful day and the knowledge to make some great skincare products."

"An extremely enjoyable day spent with Allison learning how to make organic skincare products. She is such a natural teacher with a great passion for her subject that she imparts freely in a friendly and relaxed way. The products made are lovely on my skin. She even helped me make products for my daughter, which was so kind of her. She goes out of her way to make the day enjoyable and you come away with so much information and a will to carry on making the products for yourself. I learnt so much and it felt like spending the day with a friend."

"My partner and I completed a course with Alison back in February to gain a better understanding on how to make cosmetic products for launching our own business venture. From the moment of enquiry Alison was brilliant. We had a lot of communication prior the course as Alison wanted to get an understanding of what we wanted to gain from the course so she could tailor it more to our requirements. The course was fantastic, we first had a theory lesson to get a good understanding of formulas and essential oils. There is a lot to take in but Alison is extremely well prepared and her knowledge is second to none and she is excellent at passing on her knowledge while keeping the course both interesting and fun. The second part of the day we did the practical side of things and made many lotions and potions. The products that we made were excellent and became my only skin care as they were so good! The day flew by and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can't imagine a better teacher than Alison so if you're wondering whether or not to book this course, my advice is to stop thinking about it and book it! You will not regret it! Brilliant."

"I enjoyed my day with Alison. The morning is a lot of information - there is science and maths and these are not my strong points! I was really pleased with the products that I made in the afternoon. I think that Alison 'misses a trick' - she should have some products for people to buy. I would have brought a few more! I am hoping that one day we will laugh about us wearing masks and gloves but that doesn't seem likely at the moment - I see on her website that she has decided to close for a couple of months, so please book for later in the year!"

"What a fantastic, fun filled day my friend and I had with Allison making lotions and potions. Allison was friendly, accommodating and shared her knowledge of making homemade beauty products. I love 'playing' with essential oils, evocative scents and this gave the opportunity to combine that with producing useful cosmetics with an expert and the good company of friends. Our small group (3) meant we could get individual expert input and involvement with all aspects of the processes. I would like to have got 'hands on' a little sooner, but plenty was achieved and I've come home with lots of useful products that smell gorgeous too! "The course content was interesting and very informative. Our learning covered many aspects of health and safety over the course of the day. We all LOVED learning to make the creams, and understanding fully the processes involved. Having already made some basic creams/ointments myself at home, this has given me the knowledge and confidence to make more 'advanced' products by myself. The course was excellent value, both with regard to the learning on the day, the course materials we each brought home, and the products we each brought home. ALL products are EXCELLENT on skin, particularly mine as I have psoriasis and sensitive skin generally. I booked the day with 2 other friends and having such a small group meant that we had intensive support from Allison, who certainly 'knows her stuff' and is happy to discuss all or any aspects of natural beauty and healthcare.
