"My daughter and I had a brilliant day with Emma. We learnt how to cut the glass, how to prepare it for the work and how to solder it together. We both made beautiful mirrors to take home. I found the whole process fascinating and very relaxing. I will definitely keep practicing at home. I highly recommend the workshop if you want to try something new and different. Emma is a great tutor and the day just passed by so quickly"

"Had a fantastic day with Emma learning the basics of copper foil stained glass making. She helped with ideas but the pieces we made were very much our own, being guided through with encouragement we completed a piece each that we are both proud of that are now hung in ideal places in our home. We would highly recommend if you are considering doing this course. I would also like to say that I changed my booking after my husband decided he’d like to do it with me and Emma was extremely helpful and accommodating which we appreciated. Thanks Emma we really enjoyed our time with you, especially the banter along the way! Lovely day."

Emma is a highly skilled teacher who listened carefully to my ideas and helped me patiently to create a beautiful panel that I am very proud of. "My Mum and I had a wonderful day with Emma. I bought the voucher as a 70th birthday present for my Mum and it was a really special day. Emma is a brilliant teacher, so patient in teaching us the skills involved, helping us design and select which glass to use; we both learned a lot and came home with a stained glass panel each we love. We also had fun chatting with Emma, it felt like a lovely girlie day. The workshop is in a nice part of Hove, surrounded by sweet coffee shops and cafes, and we were able to sit in nearby Brunswick Square and eat our lunch. Heartily recommended."

"Ref Hazel & Pauline. My sister and I had a fabulous day learning how to create stained glass artwork. Emma is a great teacher, she is very knowlegable and explained the processes patiently ensuring we understood before moving on to the next step. Having never done anything like this before there was alot of information to absorb but Emma is brilliant and made the whole day enjoyable from beginning to end. A memorable day!! "I thoroughly enjoyed my day with Emma making a small stained glass window to put in the gap above our downstairs loo door. I was really pleased when Emma agreed to help me make a bespoke piece and with her excellent expert guidance I've ended up with something unique and colourful to brighten up our hallway. Emma is friendly, relaxed and encouraging and we had a great chat as I worked under her watchful eye! I would definitely recommend this course to anyone."

"I really enjoyed every aspect of my day. I spent the morning practising all of the techniques needed and getting used to the tools. The afternoon was spent making a piece to bring home. Emma allowed me choose from a great selection of colours and styles to make a glass panel that I am delighted with. Emma was encouraging throughout. I had no experience of this craft when I arrived but came away inspired to pursue it further. Thank you, Emma."

"I had the most amazing day with Emma. She is a wonderful, kind and patient teacher. I am not a very confident person and Emma made me believe in myself and gave me so much confidence. "Had a wonderful day with Emma. It was so informative and such fun, would happily recommend it to anyone interested in stained glass. It was well worth the 2 hour drive for me to get there from Portsmouth. Would recommend any drivers to look at Justpark online as parking is limited as you would expect in that area. Highly recommended course."
