"I had a fantastic time at the Skipton class. Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All 6 of us went home with lovely, individual scarves and a good base of knowledge of how to weave and potential problems to look out for. Anne was so lovely and a great teacher. I did the workshop to see if I would enjoy weaving and I came home and ordered a loom straight away, so I would say it was definitely a success!"

"Wonderful way to spend a Saturday on this enjoyable scarf weaving workshop in a fantastic place. As a complete novice I managed to produce a lovely scarf with the guidance and expertise of tutor Anne. I appreciated Anne’s knowledge and patience and would highly recommend anyone to have a go!"

"A wonderful day. Anne was a patient tutor who's advice was delivered clearly, calmly and instilled confidence in all the class. A nice size class enabled us all to receive one to one guidance as and when necessary. I was worried that I would never weave a scarf in a day but I did and never felt under any pressure. So proud of the scarf I produced. Would definitely recommend to others."

"What a great day. A friendly relaxed atmosphere, clear explanation, plenty of support and working together to gain experience of all aspects of using the loom. I'm probably a rare thing in being a man doing the course but I say to other men be brave and do it, weaving is working with the original machine and it is fascinating."

"An amazing one day course! Anne was a perfect instructor - she was patient, calm and managed the class beautifully even when a few student-created problems arose. The small class size was excellent - enough students to have a lovely chat, but small enough that Anne could give us all the help and guidance that we needed. Having a nearly complete project at the end of the session was great. Highly recommend this course and have in fact booked another course with Anne already!"
