"Had a truly wonderful time at Kerry's candle making workshop. I bought this gift as a present for Mum and both thoroughly enjoyed it! Such a lovely welcoming space, there was a great mix of other guests there - some in groups, some alone. Learned so much about candles and the dos and don'ts - and have certainly picked up the bug for making homemade gifts. Will be back to bring new friends to share the experience :)"

"I had a wonderful morning this morning with Kerry at her candle making course in her beautiful home. Kerry is a wonderful host and it was clear we all had a great time. She shared a lot of her expertise and tips and we came away with the lovely scented candle and Christmas scented pine cone fire lighters we made. We also indulged in delicious hot chocolate and tea and cake. Such a lovely way to spend a morning! I would recommend this course to anyone and I suspect all the folk there this morning will be back when she starts her diffuser course! Thank you Kerry."

"Wow what a lovely morning I had today with Kerry at her workshop and had such fun making my own candle and pine-cone firelighters. I learnt lots of new information about the process of not only making candles but tips on the best way to burn them. "Had a Lovely Morning in Temple on the Candle making workshop. Kerry made me welcome from the start (emails) and gave a lovely warm welcome as I entered her home then a 'Grand' cup of tea. Kerry is very informative about candle making and even told us about her 'mishaps' in the beginning of her journey. I was able to mingle with others who were there and choose the scent I wanted for my own candle from her amazing collection of scents. After blending the scent and wax together and pouring this in to the tin we had a a slice of yummy cake and another cup of tea. I had a lovely morning and would highly recommend this course to anyone. I was even able to buy a starter kit (or two) and some fragrances to make some more candles. Kerry, Thank You and look forward to seeing you again for the next one!"

"This is the first course I've been on after a very long term illness. Kerry made me feel very welcome and relaxed. She took into account that I'm hard of hearing and placed me closest to her. She is a wonderful teacher and host. Although I knew some of the information about making candles, Kerry provided so much more during this course. She also gave me the confidence to try to make candles by myself which is a big step for me. She has instilled a passion within me to go and produce candles and that there will be mistakes made but that's ok, all part of the learning. For the first time in many years I feel excited and I can't wait to start poring my own candles in the Highlands. Kerry, you're a wonderful lady and I can't thank you enough x xx"

"What a great way to spend a Saturday morning! Kerry is a natural host; warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about her craft. Kerry's beautiful home was the perfect location for the workshop and she made us all feel so welcome even providing the most delicious homemade scones and fresh coffee. I learnt so much about candles that I never knew before. The course made me realise that they are require a lot more care than perhaps most of us give them. It was great to share the morning with a lovely bunch of people and really interesting to see all the different amazing5 scents everyone chose for their very own hand poured candle. I can't wait to light mine - currently following the candle making rules and letting it 'cure' for seven days! I would wholeheartedly recommend this course and wish Kerry every success."

"Had a lovely morning at Kelly's home. Learning all about candle making. There was a lot more to it than I expected. Learning all about the wax and how to scent it ,as well as how to burn a candle the right way, Never knew there was so much science behind it! Don't let that put you off , everything is explained in a very relaxed atmosphere, Very open and friendly. Plus the home baking is a bonus. "Had a lovely morning at Kerry's candle making workshop. Very informative course. I was amazed how much thought and science goes into the art of candle making! Fab friendly atmosphere in Kerry's beautiful home. We had delicious scones and jam with tea which was also a delight. Can't wait for my next week. The only disappointment (in a very tongue in cheek way!) is having to wait a week before burning my delicious smelling candle! I would recommend this course to anyone and will definitely be doing so!"

Made our own candle which we got to take home and all the information needed to make our own candles at home, either for a hobby or a new business adventure. I would highly recommend this workshop. "I had no idea what to expect when I was given a voucher for this workshop for mothers day. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. We received a warm welcome and refreshments from our host before entering the realms of candlemaking. I could never have anticipated how much was involved. The information was delivered in a relaxed atmosphere with freely flowing questions from the group. Kerry provided all the answers to all the questions you have about the candles you buy that maybe don’t burn the way you expect! We all got to choose our scent and make our own candle. and came away with a handout with all the information we needed to do it all ourselves at home. We were treated to lovely home made scones (fresh out the oven) mid morning which we all enjoyed and I got to meet some lovely people. Great fun, would highly recomend"
