Description

Encourage your children or grandchildren to get creative this holiday and treat them to an immersive day of hands-on creative fun at The Oast Studio with Cecily Kate and Annabelle Davies, both experienced and sought after teachers. Over the last two years we have been running these craft days for children with great success so be sure to book early to secure a spot. We run 2 classes simultaneously; one for 8 - 11 year olds and one for 12-15 years. While one group is needle felting with Cecily Kate, the other group will be block printing onto fabric zip bags and sewing with Annabelle. If you would like to take advantage of our two child discount please contact us via the 'message the tutor' with the ages of the children (2nd child discount: £85). Working and crafting with our hands brings us into the moment and is wonderful for our mental health, reducing stress levels and bringing a sense of overall calm. And of course it is a lovely way to meet people, make new friends and build confidence in creating something beautiful to take home and feel proud of. ...and of course, the perfect distraction from screen time! All materials provided for the day, plus drinks and homemade snacks. Please send your child with a packed lunch, and let us know about any dietary needs so that we can be sure our snacks are suitable for all. Both tutors are DBS checked.
