"This was a really good course - the tutor was very knowledgeable, well prepped, patient, friendly and had a huge amount of fabrics to choose from. She has a background in art teaching, and it shows. The lunch provided - freshly cooked warm salads and home-made cake - deserves a special 5* all of its own! I'd say it's probably best aimed at people who've already got some experience with textiles/sewing machines. With my very limited skill set, I found it quite an ambitious project for 5.5 hours, and didn't come close to finishing in time unfortunately. Others in the group did make some beautiful bags though.
