Metal stamped plant pot markers with Lindsay Forbes of Laconic - Sedgefield
Description
This workshop is suitable for beginners with no previous jewellery making experience. The workshop allows participants to learn basic techniques and skills to create their own personalised plant pot markers. On this workshop you'll learn basic metal stamping techniques to stamp both freehand and using guides to add letters, numbers and designs to your plant markers. You'll also learn some wirework techniques to create your own stakes to hang some on too. Expect to make between 3-5 plant markers. During this workshop refreshments will be provided. Places are limited to twelve people on this workshop to allow individuals sufficient time with Lindsay to assist with each project.
What's included in the price?
Use of required equipment/tools. All materials to make; up to x5 plant pot markers. On hand experienced tutor to instruct and guide you through the course. Tea/coffee & biscuits/cakes (including vegan and gluten free snack options).

Maker
Lindsay Forbes has worked in the jewellery industry since graduating in 3D Design in 2010. Working in a variety of areas from retail to repair, she has a great amount of knowledge in jewellery design and technical skills in goldsmithing. Following her passion for designing and making jewellery she founded her own business; Laconic. Passing on knowledge and skills is something that Lindsay enjoys doing and creating a fun, friendly environment where people can come to relax, be creative and learn and so 'Bench Box' was created!
