Make a fun scrappy bowl for people aged 8 and above
Description
This fun, 1.5-hour course is perfect for individuals who may have limited experience using a sewing machine and would like to create something unique. In this session, we will use scraps of fabric and string to make a beautiful and practical bowl. The quicker you sew, the larger your bowl will be! I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am trained in First Aid and Safeguarding, so you can feel confident leaving your young person with me for the session. Alternatively, you're welcome to stay, watch, or assist if you prefer - refreshments included! This activity is an excellent addition to a young person's birthday party, as everyone will have a project they made to take home!

Visit Sewing Vee for the opportunity to develop your sewing and crafting skills and to meet people who share interests through a number of courses and events hosted at my rural Oxfordshire studio. I try to use as many recycled materials as I can, and to re-use things and repurpose them where possible. Sewing Vee is located just 10 minutes from junction 10 of the M40 in a quiet rural setting.
