Course information This is a brilliant class for beginners and even advance leather workers. All materials are included and there is a choice of leathers to choice from. There are only 4 students per course so everyone receives individual tuition. A set of tools is provided for each student to use. SAT NAV - Postcode RM4 1HB, The course syllabus You will learn to identify different types of leather from chrome tanned to vegetable tanned ,you will gain a understanding of their qualities, and what leather works for different items. In this class you will learn how to: • Cut the leather from a pre made pattern • Edge Finishing • Mark and place sections for construction • Hand stitch the traditional saddle stitching using two needles and one thread.
