Glass Fusion introduction or workshop time

X

Description

This workshop will introduce you to the art of glass fusion. You will be shown how to use a variety of tools to cut and shape glass, and introduced to the basic principles of creating fantastic glass art using glass fusion. You will have the opportunity to make approximately two small pieces or one larger item. However, should you wish to make more within the time of the workshop, that is fine too, but there may be an additional cost for materials. For more complex projects simply sign up for more than one workshop. All of the pieces made during the day will be fired then available for collection approximately one week later. This workshop is also suitable for those that have done an introductory course previously and who would like to work on their own projects. You will need to wear comfortable shoes (no sandals or open toes please) and warm, old clothes suitable for working in an art studio. Please bring: * An apron. * Any refreshments you may need (there is a cafe on site but please check your workshop times against opening hours).

What's included in the price?

Enough glass plus firing to make at least two items.
