Fun Festive Earrings Workshop - Newcastle
Description
We're popping up at Flaura Rose in Ouseburn, Newcastle with this Fun Festive Earrings workshop on Saturday 9th November from 11:00 - 13:00. This workshop is suitable for beginners with no previous jewellery making experience. The workshop allows participants to learn basic techniques and skills to create their own fun and festive earrings to flaunt all over town this festive season. If earrings aren't your thing, make these into Christmas decorations or present toppers instead! During this workshop you'll learn techniques such as wire forming, wrapping, beading and attaching jewellery findings to create at least two pairs of festive earrings. During this workshop soft refreshments and festive treats will be provided. BYOB if you wish! Places are limited to ten people on this workshop to allow individuals sufficient time with Lindsay to assist with each project.
What's included in the price?
Use of required equipment/tools. All materials to make; up to x3 pairs of earrings. On hand experienced tutor to instruct and guide you through the course. Refreshments and festive biscuits/cakes/mince pies!

Maker
Lindsay Forbes has worked in the jewellery industry since graduating in 3D Design in 2010. Working in a variety of areas from retail to repair, she has a great amount of knowledge in jewellery design and technical skills in goldsmithing. Following her passion for designing and making jewellery she founded her own business; Laconic. Passing on knowledge and skills is something that Lindsay enjoys doing and creating a fun, friendly environment where people can come to relax, be creative and learn and so 'Bench Box' was created!
