Hello, I'm Sharon, an experienced ceramic sculpture & Clay artist. I regularly host fun & informal adult pottery sessions from my Pottery Studio in the beautiful village of Heskin, Lancashire. Come and join us making a magical fairy house from clay- We have lots of different styles to choose from, and they can be decorated however you like. The class runs everyday except Sunday & Monday. Full tuition is given so the course is suitable for beginners. You will learn how to construct the house using slabs of clay & how to make a support structure for the roof. After building the house, we add all the quirky features to make them unique. Bisque firing is included ready for acrylic painting at home. Should you wish you can return to the studio for glaze painting, this is an optional extra at £15pp The Crafty Potter studio is based within Heskin shopping Village, a unique retail and leisure destination featuring over 40 unique shops and businesses, With free parking we’re a perfect destination for you to make a great fun day out.
