Dried Flower Wreaths

Join us for this wonderful new class with Fiona and discover how to make a beautiful willow based wreath decorated with pretty, natural dried flowers and foliage. You will be shown how to make a willow base of 20 to 30cm diameter, and how to securely attach your choice of dried flowers using string. There will be a good selection of dried flowers to choose from to inspire your creativity. Fiona will guide you through the process step by step to help you create a stunning wreath that you can take home to hang on the wall, on a door or to lean on a shelf. The wreaths are for indoor use as they don't like damp conditions. They last for 6 to 12 months, and will slowly fade over time. It will be a fun and relaxing workshop and will hopefully inspire a joy for dried flowers and for bringing nature into your home. Our Studio is in a beautiful converted Oast with exposed beams and gentle views across the farmland.  Filled with mouth-watering aromas from The Oast Bakery, where Alison prepares our delicious refreshments, this is the perfect place to escape the pressures of daily life and enjoy some creative time for yourself.  Our aim is to offer the chance to unwind, learn a new skill and meet like minded people whilst enjoying a cuppa and a slice of cake!
