Threaded Together - Crafting Meditation Workshop

X

Description

Team binding workshop winding simple crafting techniques within a meditative practice, inspiring communal creativity and crafting mindfulness following the flow of a common thread. This workshop is focused on bringing us together to realise and share a universal artistic endeavour. Meditation provides a way of learning how to let go. Relaxed and absorbed in the art of creation, the self we’ve composed is mindfully unwound. Craftworking can be a gateway to a meditative haven, preoccupying our conscious mind enough to allow for deeper awareness and connectivity. In taking time to focus and channel our inherent, creative energy we can find a sense of calm and accomplishment, propelled toward higher functionality, productivity and well-being; elevated to states of consciousness typically associated with deep meditation.
