Description
This workshop is suitable for those who have never enamelled before, but best suited for those who have some experience or want to try different technique. Enamelling is the application of powdered vitreous enamel glass to metal and fired in a kiln. Cloisonné is the application of wet enamel into cells formed from silver wire. The session will start with the design, and choice of colours, then the techniques to be used will be demonstrated and practiced. Enamel will then be applied and several firings will take place. Teresa will demonstrate and guide you through the processes involved. We are currently only allowing 2 people per session and adhering to strict social distancing measures.
