Description
In this workshop we will turn mosaic tiles, broken crockery and lots of other up-cycled pieces into your mosaic works of art. You will be able to choose from a large choice of base shapes to work on and learn the best adhesives to use of each one. At the end of the workshop, you’ll be given a bag of grout to take home to finish your pieces at a later date – a demo will be done to show you what to do. This workshop will take place in Butlers at Kirkstall Forge. There's a train station on site and Kirkstall Forge wants to encourage sustainability, but if you'd like a parking space let me know and we can get one arranged. Course conditions: The workshop needs minimum numbers to run. In the unlikely event it doesn't meet this number, the workshop may be cancelled at short notice and you will be entitled to a full refund. There will be hand sanitiser available, social distancing in place and spaces will be limited. While masks are a personal choice, people wearing them is appreciated. If you feel unwell, have symptoms of covid or have been in contact with anyone who has please let me know so you can be moved onto a future session. If we go into another lockdown this workshop will be postponed until a safe date.
