Making a Handmade Leather Wallet with Nigel Armitage
Description
During this course you will Measure, Cut, Prepare, Stitch & Finish a basic Bi-Fold Wallet. You will have the finished item to take home with you as well as the instruction pack & a pattern-set in the leather of your choice to practise in your own time. The wallet design can be changed but please be aware that there may not be enough time to complete a more complex design during this session. You will learn and have an understanding of the principles of the saddle stitch which can then be applied to other projects and are a good foundation on which to build. Nigel Armitage is registered with and insured by the Guild of Master Craftsmen along with being an NVQ A1 Assessor. Please note: the availability in the course calendar may not be completely accurate, so please get in touch for correct available dates before booking.
