Lino cut with collage over 2 evenings (1 week apart)
Description
This course is taught over two successive Wednesday evenings in the cosy and inspiring setting of Crafty Happenings. You will learn how to design, carve and print a floral lino-cut print. Then, when you are satisfied with your design, you will experiment and explore adding collage behind your prints using the technique of Chine Colle, to add additional colour and interest. Your session will be led by Sue, a tutor of 20 + experience. The group is limited to 6 spaces, to ensure that you receive the 1:1 tuition that you need to produce your work to a high standard. This workshop is aimed at beginners and those with some prior experience. PLEASE NOTE : This course is taught over two evenings, - the first is the listed start date, the second session is exactly one week later. You will need to attend both sessions to complete the project.
