Join lead leatherworker, Naomi, for a hands-on workshop where you’ll craft a beautiful leather purse, perfect for gifting or keeping! In a welcoming and creative environment, Naomi will guide the small group through each step of the process, helping you create a stunning, personalised purse that’s totally unique. With over 10 years of experience, Naomi will share traditional leather working techniques, including hand saddle stitching, edge burnishing, and the artistry of working with premium vegetable-tanned leather – a material revered for its beauty and durability. You'll also have the opportunity to personalise your creation, making it truly your own. What you need to bring: - Your lunch. - A warm layer on very cold days. Workshop Details: - Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Location: Fulford, York (exact location will be emailed out after booking) - £85pp - Wheelchair accessible Throughout the day, enjoy free hot drinks, and we'll take a short lunch break so feel free to bring your own packed lunch or you can pop to our local sandwich shop (opening times vary). Leather colour and brand will occasionally vary from pictured due to availability.
