Fused glass relief plaques and pendants class (am/pm)
Description
If you want to get started making your own unique fused glass art, this is the class for you. You will achieve a basic understanding of glass fusing, and consider the design process, experiment with colour, textures, and shape to create distinctive pieces. We will work creatively with the tack fusing process. This is a great introduction to cutting and shaping glass, and using glass pieces to form an exciting relief image or pattern. The choice to make: 2 plaques, 2 hangings (10cm), or 4 pendants.
What's included in the price?
Tools, materials and firing included in the price, but please bring a carrier bag. It's recommended to collect the finished art after firing as it is very delicate. However it can be posted to you, usually within 1 week.

Chrissy Webster is a community artist, maker and teacher of fused glass, copper foiling, glass mosaics, batik, felting, perfumery, as well as other crafts. She teaches throughout the North West and is based in the Lancashire area.
