Fused Glass Easter Workshop

Description

Design and make your own creations in fused glass. This experience is ideal for both beginners and those with some glass experience. The ability to cut glass is not a necessity to make wonderful artwork during this experience. However if you are interested in learning to cut, or already can cut glass, then the experience can be tailored to include this. Artwork that uses cut glass is denoted with * Artwork that requires 2 sessions to complete is noted in CAPITALS. If you wish to create this artwork in 1 session, this can be arranged. Please 'message the tutor' to discuss In the session you will get to make 1 of the following – Easter Chick; Snow Drops ; Wildflower Blossum; STANDING SHEEP/ RABBIT / CHICK * SPRING LAMBS * ; STORMY BEACH You will also get to make 1, or if time permits, several other smaller items. Full details of each project pictured will be available at the workshop, but you will also have the opportunity to follow your own colour schemes and artistic designs. We will ask for your preferred colour scheme before you attend the experience, and other materials will be available if your artistic thoughts take you in another direction. The experience is held in a wonderfully light and airy studio, with good facilities and amply free parking. It is a working studio and glass gallery, providing plenty of inspiration for this and future experiences. Numbers are limited to ensure you get plenty of 1-2-1 tuition. We will e-mail you with more details about parking, timings etc. upon receipt of your booking. However if you have any questions please “message the tutor” with them. We have wheelchair access and workspace if required. Gift Vouchers can be provided if you want this experience to be a special present to someone. Group bookings can be accommodated with times, dates and refreshments being tailored to the group need. Please email if interested in a group booking. Artwork will be available to collect after 8 days. Postage can also be arranged.
